I was undecided as to what sort of worktops to have n my new kitchen. It is a very large area and granite was going to be very expensive. While looking for various types of worksurfaces on the internet, I fell upon Diapol and discovered that they were exhibiting at the Homes show very close to me on November 21st. The upshot was, tbat Mark arrived the following Friday (27th) to template and he and his colleague fitted the whole kitchen on the morning of December 15th. Unfortunately, one small piece of granite had broken en route, but they appeared again at 8.30 on Christmas Eve to complete the task in half an hour!
Throughout, my dealings with this company have been nothing short of excellent, from the moment I contacted Lia, to the final result. The fitters were clean, tidy, polite and ON TIME; the price was exceptional and the result has brought many flattering comments. I am truly delighted and wish many other companies could provide such a trouble free service. Thank you all very, very much. |

I Just wanted to send a very big THANKYOU & Happy Christmas, especially to Romas & his team of fitters who did everything to deliver and fit our new Quatz Worksurface before Christmas.
The quality, effort and commitment has far exceed our expectations.
Romas has delivered early against our already high expectations of the period between Christmas/NewYear.
They travelled in difficult weather conditions that stopped many others, especially in Hampshire.
Fitted the surface without fuss and with much care & attention to detail, on Christmas Eve (Evening).

Wow Wow and Wow again!!! After loads of research into stone worktops vs corian - we opted for stone.And got Diapol's name from a magazine. The website was very easy to use but I couldnt believe that ordering would be so easy and the prices were very cheap compared to some other companies (which made us a little doubtful that they would live up to the hype) - how wrong we were.
After some delays due to us, and some hastily re-arranged templating dates, Romas and his team turned up as expected and took around 90 minutes to fully template the kitchen. He made several recommendations that we had even thought of - he certainly knows what hes talking about. We finally settled on the white quartz tops. They were fitted last week - 15 days after templates taken!! And what a fantastic job Romas and his team did. They arrived a little earlier than expected and were on site for around 5 hours. They were clean and polite.
The quality and finish of the goods is second to none and you dont have to pay anything until they have finished the fitting - what a change!. I cant sing their praises enough - I will be sending in some pictures once we have finished the kitchen and will be recommending Diapol to all my friends. If only companies in the UK were as good as this.

| After installing our new kitchen I set about getting quotes for granite worktops from over 20 different internet companies. Although several companies were cheaper than Diapol I found that none of the companies appeared as they seemed. A simple check on the Companies House Website found over half weren`t registered and the other half had only been registered for a few months or had been operating under a different name prior! In addition, all wanted money upfront apart from the installation fee which was payable to the 'contract fitters' after installation. By contrast, Diapol used there own fitters and required no payment until the job was complete. As a self confessed quality control freak I can only praise the skill and professionalism of the Diapol fitters. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone, including family and friends who want a quality finish and exceptional service. Absolutely superb |

My kitchen fitter had a supplier lined up for my Granite worktops, and had given me a reasonable quotation. As usual these days, I thought I'd just check out the web for other suppliers, and found Diapol purely by chance - their autoquote system showed I could make significant savings if I used Diapol. I, like most, am a little wary of using companies I don't know, but the Guestbook comments led me to give them the order. I needn't have worried.
This company does exactly what it says, and I cannot speak too highly of them. The Worktops arrived within the timescale quoted, and Margo and his colleague fitted them as true professionals. My wife and I are over the moon with the product. They even left us an aftercare package - which we didn't expect.
To illustrate the caring nature of this company, I needed to move my old range cooker. As it happens, on the same day the Worktops where being fitted. My wife called me at work to say the van had arrived to pick up the old Range. I only work 10 minutes away, but I arrived home to find that Margo and his colleague had actually taken the time to load the Range into the van for me !!!!!!
This company cares, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. To finally prove the point, my kitchen fitter, who had originally lined up someone else for the job, has been impressed enough to already recommend Diapol to another of his clients (can't beat that). |

I now understand why so many people passionately write of their positive experiences! A bit unusual really! We've just had amazing worktops in 'multicolour red' granite, which Margo and his colleague fitted. We were quite demanding actually, wanting rounded inner corners and the units weren't completely level, making the whole process challenging. But after just a few hours of hard work, we have worktops looking like something one could never dream of! BTW I recommend going for a coloured granite rather than black (which we had originally planned). It's unusual and very striking.
Anyway, just yet another glowing testimonial. The fitters were the sort of people you'd be happy to have around anytime, totally friendly and positive. Oh, and they TOTALLY know what they're doing.
So, if you're reading this wondering whether to go for this company or a more expensive one, this is my suggestion that you won't find more competant people than this. I'll post photos when the kitchen's finished.
